Orangebox Training Solutions host successful ‘Thrive in 25’ networking event
Hartlepool Marina’s Orangebox Training Solutions welcomed over 40 representatives from local businesses and organisations to its ‘Thrive in 25’ networking event.
The event, held at its Tranquility House headquarters, offered attendees a valuable opportunity to connect with peers, gain insights from expert speakers and learn more about Orangebox’s comprehensive range of training and development services.

The morning’s agenda was packed with informative sessions, beginning with networking, refreshments and pastries.
This was followed by an introduction to Orangebox. Attendees then benefitted from a timely legislation update on sexual harassment in the workplace delivered by trainer Mark Doherty.
Michael Glenn, director for development and innovation, led an engaging and interactive workshop on business change, providing practical strategies for navigating the evolving business landscape.
Michael said: “If there’s one topic that unites everybody irrespective of business size, sector and service, it is change. It was brilliant to open up a discussion and find out what people felt are the key challenges and how they would go about tackling those, whilst sharing some of our experience and tips for success.”
A mid-morning break allowed for further networking and refreshments before Mark returned to share insights on mental health awareness.
Then Mark Beard, head of Expertise, introduced the Expertise programme, highlighting benefits for professional development and providing valuable resources and support to local businesses.
The event concluded with further networking opportunities and office tours, allowing attendees to experience Orangebox’s facilities firsthand.
